One woman who came upon the overturned car shortly after the incident had occurred said she couldn’t believe the man escaped uninjured.

“I was out walking my dog and when I went to walk down the ‘By-wash’ I saw a car lying on its back - it’s a miracle that no one was killed.

“The weather was really good on Sunday - there was a lot of people out walking in the sun, the car could have hit someone. I am just glad no one was hurt.”
