Police have confirmed they have now located Jacqueline Friars (39) and five-year-old Scarlet.

The police also thanked the public for their assistance.
Police issued an appeal after Jacqueline and Scarlet, a mother and daughter, were last seen at around 2.30pm on Sunday, July 24 in the Shantallow area of the city.
