Derry's incredible carers - as nominated by you

To celebrate Carers Week we want to say 'thank you' to all the fantastic people who are involved in caring for others.

We asked readers of the Derry Journal to send us details of carers they would like to pay tribute to and we have been delighted to receive each and every one of these heart-warming messages.

Thank you to everyone who has shared photos and messages with us.

We hope you enjoy celebrating the work these very special people are involved in and the difference they make to so many lives. A big "thank you" to every one of them!
