Notorious Street Food opens new outlet in Derry's Foyleside Shopping Centre

In a statement on social media, Notorious said: “We are absolutely delighted to announce that Notorious Street Food is now officially open in Foyleside Shopping Centre!

“This is a massive milestone for us and something we’ve been working incredibly hard behind the scenes to make happen.

“We want to say a huge thank you to every single customer who has supported us throughout our journey. Whether you’ve visited us once or have been with us from the very beginning, none of this would be possible without you all.”

The business also thanked Foyleside for welcoming them into the centre, adding: “A massive thank you as well to the team at Foyleside for welcoming us on board and giving us this amazing opportunity, and a huge thank you to all our team here at Notorious, without them we wouldn’t be where we are.

“We can’t wait to welcome you all through the doors and show you what we’ve been working on.”

Notorious is owned by partners Caolán and Chloe McCourt. Previously speaking to the Journal, Caolán said that being a Derry man is part of the recipe for success.

“We are Derry heads through and through. We serve Derry heads. This city made me who I am. If it wasn't for the people of Derry, I wouldn't be where I am. The people of Derry stand behind you.”

Notorious Street Food currently serves burgers, tacos, loaded fries and wings at Clipper Quay and Northside Village Centre and now at Foyleside Shopping Centre.
