Tóibin and Brolly to address Aontú think-in in Derry
Aontú autumn think-in is to be held in Derry on September 12.
Party leader Peadar Tóibin will lead the think-in, with the Aontú deputy leader Gemma Brolly, who is from Ballerin in East Derry, due to give the opening speech in The Maldron Hotel.
‘Soaring electricity prices, the budget and government waste will be points of discussion at the annual strategy meeting, where elected members and representatives will gather before the Dáil returns,’ the party confirmed.
It is only the second time, Aontú said in a statement, that an all-Ireland party has held their think-in in the North.

Crime and anti-social behaviour, next year's elections in the north of Ireland, and other issues such as a border poll, the EU Migration Pact and the triple lock will also be discussed.
Paul Lawless TD and Senator Sarah O'Reilly are also scheduled to address the think-in in Derry city centre on Saturday.
