The deputy First Minister was giving an interview on the Queen of England’s recent visit to the North when much loathed insect landed on his ear.

The interviewer informs Mr. McGuinness that a wasp has just landed on his head but the Foyle MLA remains cool.

“I never panic when I get a wasp at my ear. As soon as you strike out they’ll sting you. So just stay cool. Are you all panicking? Because I’m not,” said Mr. McGuinness laughing.
