Getting back to the beach: Weather and relaxation of restrictions raise hopes

With the weather picking up and Covid restrictions being relaxed, we’re all looking forward to getting back to some of our favourite beaches.

Derry and its neighbouring counties Donegal and Antrim can boast some of the most stunning coastal scenery in Ireland, and we all have our favourite destinations.

Here are some of the most popular. However if you do get the chance to visit local beaches and beauty spots, please bear in mind that social distancing is still needed. The threat of Covid is still there.
