The first round qualifier in Vilnius was in doubt due to the country's Covid-19 restrictions which meant those travelling from the UK and Ireland were required to quarantine for 14 days on arrival.

However, following talks with officials, Derry City chief executive Sean Barrett has confirmed the game has got the green light after the team were granted special dispensation to travel.

"Only the team and a couple of essential personnel have been given permission to travel to Vilnius," said Barrett.

And Mr Barrett also revealed the club has organised a live streaming service for the match which will be made available for supporters at a cost of £4.99.

"We were keen to make sure that everyone who wanted to watch the match had the opportunity to do so. It was also vitally important that we did everything in our power to try to keep the cost of the service down.

“I am delighted therefore to announce that a live stream of the match will be available for just £4.99.”

Declan Devine's side will fly out to Lithuania on a chartered flight tomorrow morning ahead of Tuesday's match which kicks-off at 5p.m. Irish time.
