The Dubliner has enjoyed significant success in the League of Ireland with various clubs including most recently, Dundalk, whom he guided to four Premier Division titles, two FAI Cups and to the Europa League group stages in 2016.

13. 4th: David slays Goliath
Once a mighty force in European football, IFKGothenburgfaced Derry City in the first round UEFA Cup qualifier in 2006. Derry beat them in both legs 1-0 to advance to the next round.
14. 3rd: Treble attempt
No team has ever repeated the 1989 treble heroics of Derry City in the LOI but Kenny's troops came so close in 2006 when winning the FAI Cup, League Cup and losing to Shelbourne in the league on goal difference on the final day.
15. 2nd: Youth Investment
Kenny had a knack of unearthing local talent and it became his legacy at the club. He played a pivotalrole in the careers of James McClean, Patrick McEleney, Danny Lafferty, Stephen McLaughlin and the late Ryan McBride.
16. 1st: Bringing Farren to the Fore
Kenny's man-management was one of his biggest strengths and helped shape the career of Derry City's record goalscorer, the late great, Mark Farren. Under Kenny, Farren became an iconic figure at Brandywell.
