O’Connell and Murray ruled out of Six Nations

Ireland prepare for this weekend’s clash versus Scotland as news emerged of injury blows to Conor Murray and Paul O’Connell.

A scan revealed the injury is expected to require a 3-6 week recovery period for O’Connell, meaning that he could be a doubt for Munster’s Heineken Cup quarter-final with Ulster at the start of April. The Ireland squad will be announced at lunchtime on Wednesday.
